Why Do This?
Our Roadmap is designed for the accounting profession. It is a rapid processthat creates a marketing and lead development plan using minimal Partner, Shareholder and key professional’s time.
It addresses your specific opportunities and challenges and creates a written plan with prioritized steps. The Roadmap provides the start of a sales training for participants.
What’s the Process?
It involves an online surveywe ask all professionals to complete. This survey takes about 20 minutes. We encourage all firm professionals to participate in the online survey.
Then individual phone interviewstypically with partners that last about an hour.
The final stage of Roadmap is a review of the firm’s website and literature, as well as other supporting materials.
What Does Your Firm Get?
A written, detailed plan that we review with you includes; prioritized stepsto take today and in the future; the results of the online survey and any unique write-in comments your professionals added; and a summary of items that came from the phone interviews.
The Roadmap will be completed in two weeks or less once we get the phone interviews scheduled.
There is fee, but we do not ask for any money throughout the process. If your firm is unhappy with the results you are not obligated to pay. You keep the Roadmap and we walk away.
We are confident in our ability to support any firm so if we cannot get through the Roadmap, then you are not the right fit for us and we are willing to absorb the time and expense to learn this early in our relationship.
