
Nurturing is a recurring, steady effort into targeted prospects.
The goal is to create awareness and develop opportunities for a Partner to get in front of a key prospect. We have formal service programs for non-profit, public company, and employee benefit plan audits, but can conduct nurture efforts for any industry or service. For example, we have executed medical, HUD, municipality, cost segregation, litigation support, fraud and other types of efforts.
A nurture program should be designed to continue all year long, or through a defined business cycle.
For example, non-profit and public company efforts should be conducted all year long. Employee benefit plan business development would be best planned in December, and executed January through May. Acquisition of a CPA firm should be planned in April and executed May through November.
